Private Snowcat Tour

We were very impressed with Gary! He was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Breckenridge and the area. We enjoyed the old mining cabin and it’s history. We would definitely book again the next time in Breckenridge.

This tour was awesome! Gary was excellent, he was aware that we felt comfortable and warm, he told us so many interesting facts about the place and the history. Adults and children enjoyed the stop where we slide in the snow as well as hot chocolate with marshmallows. The views were amazing! We recommend this tour 100%

The Nordic Center Snow Cat Tour was the highlight of our trip. Our family (ages 18-72) really enjoyed the tour guide's knowledge of the area and his kindness. We stopped at a historic cabin halfway through he trip and feasted on smores and delicious hot chocolate. The scenery was amazing! Highly recommend. Only a 3 minute drive from Main Street in Breckinridge.

Wow what an awesome time we had!!! My husband's dream was to havre a Hallmark Christmas and thanks to the staff here he did. These are just a few of the pictures we have. We felt the entire day like we were with family. Hot cocoa in the cabin, history of the area, and when the tour was over we were able to order food, drinks, and sit by the fire! Thank you for helping make one of my husband's buckling dreams come true!!! His quote, " one of the best days of his life!" It was because of this amazing staff!!!

If i could give this ten stars, i would. This has been the highlight of our trip. Gary was unbelievable. He met us at the beginning of the tour and sent us on our way with our amazing guides. The snowcat is an Amazing machine and a very comfortable and warm ride. The kids (and adults) had a blast sliding down the hills. The cabin was so interesting and fun to learn about all of the history. After the tour, Gary met us and took us on a shortcut back through town because traffic was so backed up. The entire staff at the Nordic Center was truly top notch. From the moment we walked in, until Gary took us on our shortcut. :). I would recommend this to anyone of all ages. SO MUCH FUN!!

We had a blast on our snowcat tour with Gary! He was fun and friendly, had great stories about the area, and offered top notch service! We loved that this was an event we could do together as a family and all ages could attend! Add s’mores and hot chocolate in front of a roaring fire and this outing quickly became our favorite!

We had a great time. Sammie and Will were great. They really catered to my granddaughters and allowed them to have fun and not feel rushed. I would recommend to everyone.

This tour was awesome! Gary was AMAZING! He learned everyone’s name quickly and made the kids feel included! He was so patient, knowledgeable and friendly! We loved Josie’s cabin and he let us sled without feeling rushed! This was so much fun and Gary was an awesome tour guide. I highly recommend to families with small kids!

Thank you Josh and Gary for a great trip and being so accommodating to people with disabilities. My group loved the ride, the cabin with hot cocoa and s’mores and the sledding. It was a magical evening and the group couldn’t stop talking about it!

Gary was absolutely amazing. This was the highlight of our trip for everyone! We will be back to do it again. Can't say enough good things. It is heated so everyone stayed warm, while still getting to experience the views. The cabin had a fire going, the kids got s'mores and hot chocolate. Then they got to go sledding. (Even us adults participated). Just an overall amazing experience!

This tour is not to be missed! Not only did we see stunning views and ride on beautiful wooded trails; Gary was incredibly informative about the wildlife, animal tracks, the forest, and the areas history. We were cozy in the state of the art snow cat but also felt homey in the historic cabin with some mores and as my sister in law claims 'the best hot chocolate she's ever had'! Worth every penny. We'd do it again!

We loved our tour and Tom was a wonderful guide! We enjoyed the scenery, knowledge, sledding, and the hot cocoa in Josie's cabin.

What an amazing experience!!! Gary was the best tour guide. He was so interesting and knowledgeable about Breckenridge's history, ecosystems, and wildlife. We loved the incredible views while riding in the state-of-the-art snow cat. The topper was hot chocolate and s'mores in Josie's cabin! We will definitely come back for another tour and maybe some cross-country skiing. :)

This was the highlight of our trip to Breck! Gary was an amazing tour guide and tailored the information shared during the tour to suit our littlest riders. The kids loved the hot chocolate and S'mores, but I think their favorite part besides the snowcat was the sledding! It was an unforgettable experience and we would definitely book again! Gary was so knowledgeable and the highlight of our trip. We did the tour on our last day and we are so glad we chose to end our vacation this way. We had a slight delay due to issues with the snowcat but Gary made up for it! We especially loved the stop at the cabin. And the best part hands down was Gary sledding with our kids! Gary was amazing!
