Reserved and paid for ski package for my son in advance. On the day of pick up no one was at the store to give us the ski package. The owner apparently slept in Even though the store was supposed to be open hour before we arrived .We ended up having to rent a package same day at twice the cost from another location. Do not use this company. Completely unreliable.
Went to Ridden after finding out every other rental place was all out of gear or needed a reservation. They were fast and helpful. Definitely recommend checking them out, they have bikes and ski chairs too.
