Group Snowshoe Adventure

I had a wonderful morning of snowshoeing led by Gary. He was friendly, engaging, and full of information about the forest. It's evident he loves the area and enjoys sharing it with others. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our group snowshoeing tour! Henry was personable and told us stories about the area and wildlife, the trails were all very well groomed, the veggie chili was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful at all times! Definitely recommend the tour and Breckenridge Nordic Center!

I’ve been snowshoeing at the Breckinridge Nordic Center off and on for twenty years now. Anytime I come to Breckinridge, I take a guided snowshoe tour through the Breckinridge Nordic Center. I love it so much, I keep coming back. I love the scenery and the information from the guides. It’s a great off day from skiing.

1st time snowshoeing and I am hooked. What a great experience I had out with a great group of Florida residents that all happened to be on the same tour. Henry, our guide took us out for our adventure and we all had the best time. Henry was very knowledgeable about the area and captured some AMAZING photos of us. I was so excited about being out that after the tour I spent another 2 hours out on the trails. While I didn't see any wildlife, I was amazed how just being out in the trees and meadows were so peaceful. I could have snowshoed all day! The Nordic Center also offers a small cafe with delicious snacks and warm drinks that you won't want to miss. Enjoy them in front of the magnificent fireplace and gorgeous cabin! Don't forget to check out the unique ski/nordic clothes. You might find the perfect item that you can't live without. I will definitely be back for more adventures that next time in Breck!

Snowshoeing tour with Allison was informative and fun! My friend's first time at a ski resort enjoyed her adventure and was very comfortable then trying cross country skiing that is free rental after snow shoes tour! The big Pretzel is a must try with muster and queso sauces. Friendly helpful staff from appointment set to day of adventure! Beautiful decor inside the Nordic Center and out. Property well kept.

My husband and I were first timers at Breckenridge and we had a lot of fun snow showing with our guide Marshall. We talked about the plants and animals and trees and nature in general as well as the history of the area as a humble rough and tumble mining town and how it has become a top ski resort town. I highly recommend the snow shoeing hike experience to anyone looking to be out in nature in a relaxed activity.

We had a marvelous time on our snowshoe adventure. Our guide Mariana was fantastic. Everyone in the family enjoyed her stories and insights. The Nordic Centers itself is a wonderful place to visit and hang out after snowshoeing for hot mulled wine or lunch. Highly recommend it!
