Security Deposit

The security/damage deposit is $400.00 and required at the time of rental. It is refunded within 7 days after the boat is returned in the same condition it was checked out. Renters are responsible for any damages, including the replacement of any missing equipment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Weather is always a factor for any outdoor activity. Boating on a rainy/cloudy day is no big deal, especially with the bimini top. If the weather looks to be a complete wash, or water/wind conditions are unsafe, we will cancel your rental and issue a refund (less CC fees) or reschedule if possible.

If you need to cancel for any reason we understand. We require a 24-hour notice. No calls and no shows will be charged the full rental rate. 

Terms and Conditions

Lessee must be 27 years of age with a valid driver's license.

Renter is responsible for fuel used upon return to be paid to the marina office directly. Surcharges will apply for walk offs.

We reserve the right to refuse rental if we feel the experience level and/or information provided does not meet our minimum rental requirements.
