Ancillaries and how to become a reseller for the best things to do in your area!

Happy Tuesday from me to you. I hope the weather is being kind to you and it's hot, just not too hot. The topic of this discussion is based around YOU making more money and showing you just how easy it can be. Whether you're a bartender, ski tech, waiter, front desk person, maybe even a hot tub mechanic that has run-ins with guests traveling on the daily. I am absolutely sure you've had encounters with guests where they ask you what to do, where to eat, what's the best activity for their family to do while visiting your destination. One portion of the AdventureBot network stems from a problem I had for years interacting with guests on the daily and them asking me my opinion on what to do. The issue certainly wasn't a problem but it seemed to take a lot of time getting down to the details, especially when you have a packed ski shop with other renters patiently waiting for their turn. We figured we needed a quick and easy way for customers to get the information they needed in one place, with the added ability of direct booking. What this meant was that I could now email, text, or direct people to a personalized list of my choosing and save myself as well as the customer time. What's even better is they were getting even more information than I could provide on spot and they could even watch VR videos to get an in-depth look into what the activity actually looked like. Ready for the best part? When we were originally coming up with this we figured, you know what could make this better? let's give the ski techs, the bartenders, the hot tub mechanic the ability to get a kickback on their recommendation to the business that is booked. 

How does it work, you ask?

How it works is you meet with one of our dedicated onboarding agents, in this meeting the agents will get you set up as an adventure advisor, a reseller, a professional recommender, really whatever you want to call it. You'll signup using your personal email and input a password that you can easily remember. You will then verify your account and log in! At this point, you will have the option to browse our list of activity providers and select the activities you find best. You can create curated lists for families, guys trips, girls trips, or just a little bit of everything! Our list of providers is extensive and has direct connectivity to all of these suppliers. Once you have created your lists you can now send them to your guests via email or text and the guests can browse your picks! They can get extra info, watch a video, and read into everything they need to know before booking. This saves you time and gives the customer a better experience with more info. which is great for everybody! So how does it trackback to me? Once a guest enters your list you're automatically attached to the activities that you recommended. That means that if the customer books rafting, ziplining, or horseback riding for instance, that you're credit and you earn 10% of the entire transaction! 

Sounds pretty awesome am I right? Finally, the ability to make a little cash on your recommendation of what there is to do in your town! This service works across the board too. Seriously, anybody can tap into our network and help drive business to preferred businesses and get that kickback! Property management companies can offer activities with online booking capability, shuttle drivers can have guests book right from their shuttle, short term renters can make 10% just from providing bookable info within their home! It's changing the 'what to do binder' into an online actionable network. Think about snowmobiling for instance; an average ticket for a family would be around 400-600 dollars! You do the math. A few of those and you'll be able to bank your paycheck all while having that spending money! Ancillaries are the term it basically means extras. Extras that you can make money off with little work and monetize another aspect of your business or personal gain. 

It can help your business or home stand out as well! Think about looking at two houses; one house has a discount code with 10% to all the best things to do and the other has none. The 10% discount is totally up to you on how you use it. Pass it on or don't! Maybe split it? The house with the best things to do, best places to eat, etc. is going to have a bit more value than the house without said recommendation but we'll let that call be up to you.
